Henry G. Dong

February 21, 1928 - November 1, 2022

Henry, born and raised in Seattle, passed away quietly. He attended Broadway High in Seattle. On graduating he enlisted in the U.S. Army, taking training in Texas, and later serving in the Philippines. After his honorable discharge he enrolled at the University of Washington taking a degree in electrical engineering. He was employed by the Boeing Company where he was recognized for his achievements and 30 years of loyal service. Upon retirement he kept busy using his background in electronics on a variety of problems. His relaxation was tending to his double lawn which he kept immaculate and where he installed a sprinkler system. He also enjoyed listening to music, watching television and keeping up with current events. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved sister Goldie Lew. Henry is interred at the family site at Lake View Cemetery where graveside services were held.
