JUANCHO ELLER V. LORAIS

March 28, 1959 – August 18, 2022

Juancho was born on March 28, 1959 in Quezon City, Philippines.

He joined the Lord on August 18, 2022. He is survived by his siblings Renee, Cris, Bienvenido Jr., Leni, Alan and Froilan and brother-in-law, Rick Takeuchi, and nephews Robby, Ryan and Will, and niece Alyssa.

He attended University of the East in Manila, Philippines. He moved to Seattle in 1981. He studied bartending and baking at a culinary school in Seattle. He worked at Harborview Medical Center Radiology Department and Group Health Central Hospital Nutrition Services. He was also a caregiver to his brothers. He also enjoyed volunteering at the Seattle International Film Festival for the past few years. He loved to travel, go to beaches, watch movies, play lotto, spend time with family, and socializing with friends.

Juancho was a very sweet, kind, compassionate and understanding person and very considerate of other people’s feelings. He was a shy, gentle, and humble guy, who was very forgiving, and very respectful to others. He always put the happiness and comfort of others before himself.

We will surely miss our brother Juancho but our memories of him will always be in our hearts.

“Brother… We love you very much! Thank you, Juancho,… for your kindness, compassion, and understanding, and the love you shared with us. Until we meet again… In God we trust, in God’s faith, and in God’s love. “
