Marsha Marie Martinez

Marsha Marie Martinez, beloved daughter, sister, and friend passed away surrounded by love on November 13, 2023. She is survived by her loving parents, George and Concepcion Martinez, and her sister and best friend, Lucy Martinez.

Marsha was born on September 7, 1978, and was a lifelong Seattle resident. She was a foodie, a shopaholic, a diehard sports fan, and a lover of all things bold and bright. Marsha will be remembered for her kindhearted nature and her joyful spirit. She will be missed by many.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday, November 28, from 3:00 - 5:00pm, and Rosary from 5:00 - 6:00pm at Emmick Family Funeral Home - Lake View Chapel

A funeral will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 29, at 11:30am, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. A reception will be held immediately after at the UW Center for Urban Horticulture. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the Fred Hutch Cancer Center
