Raymond Albert Lipschultz

Raymond Albert Lipschultz, 81, of Bremerton, Washington, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026. He was born December 11, 1944 in Melbourne, Australia, to Albert Lipschultz and Anne Summerville.

Ray served his country with distinction in the United States Marine Corps for four years. He attained the rank of corporal while serving in the Vietnam conflict. Following his military service, he pursued higher education in Jacksonville, Florida, where he earned an associate degree.

For decades, Ray built a career in credit management and established himself as a trusted professional. He brought the same discipline and attention to detail that he had learned in the Marines, thereby earning the respect of colleagues throughout his career.

Ray enjoyed traveling with his wife Dianne and experiencing the world together. Their life took them from Sunderland and Bowie, Maryland, through Minnesota and Wisconsin, before settling in the Pacific Northwest. And how he adored their pet schnauzers Heidi and Katie!

Ray is survived by his wife, Dianne Bastien Lipschultz; his daughter, Lisa Marie Lipschultz of Victoria, Virginia; and several stepchildren and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

In accordance with his wishes, Ray’s remains will be interred at Lake View Cemetery in Seattle, Washington. A private ceremony with family will be held at the cemetery.
