Please, note: Helping you during your time of need is our main priority. We are open 24/7, 365 days a year to bring loved ones into our care, and we are open Monday-Friday to meet with families by appointment only at our office at Lake View Cemetery.

As an affordable, family-owned and operated business, we do not have an answering service to take your messages when we are assisting other families. If you call our main phone number and we are not able to able to answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will call you back as soon as possible in the order and priority received. 

If you have experienced a death of a loved one at home and need more immediate service, please also call our backup line that is given in our voicemail recording and leave another message there as well.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our families. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy items you specifically did not ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.


Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff, and Overhead

A fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. 

Please, note: This fee is already included in our charges for all of our Minimal Service Offerings, such as Direct Cremation & Direct/Immediate Burial,Aqua Cremation, and all of our other discounted plans.

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, and Overhead (A.K.A. Basic Service Fee)

This fee includes: Staff Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Respond to the Initial Call; The Arrangement Conference; Necessary coordination/consulting with the Cemetery, Crematory, Airline, & other parties involved with the final disposition of the Deceased; Preparation/filing of necessary paperwork required for the final disposition of the Deceased; On-line, In-person, & Phone/Fax/E-mail Accessibility for ease of processing selected Arrangements; Reasonable share of overhead costs, including general facility maintenance, liability insurance, & governmental compliance costs. 

Please, note: This fee is already included in our charges for all of our Minimal Service Offerings, such as Direct Cremation & Direct Burial, Aqua Cremation, and all of our other discounted plans.

Care & Preparation of The Body      

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement, that does not require you to pay for it, such as Direct cremation or immediate burial, which includes Refrigeration in lieu of Embalming.

Minimal Service Offerings

The foregoing services, referred to as “Direct Cremation”, “Immediate Burial/Entombment”, “Aqua Cremation”, “Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home", and “Receiving of Remains from Another Funeral Home”, are our Minimal Service Offerings which are provided at a reduced cost as they do not include any viewing/wake, service/ceremony, or special care or preparation of the body, beyond what is required for final disposition.

Direct Cremation

$995.00 to $3,245.00

Includes our Basic Service Fee, Crematory Fee, Local Transport of Remains (please add $100 if transportation is requested from a residence address OR after 9am-5pm), Shelter of Remains, Minimum Container and Minimum Urn, Online Obituary, & ordering Death Certificates on your behalf.

If you want to arrange a Direct Cremation, you can use an Alternative Container. Alternative Containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are Shrouds, Alternative Containers, and other Cremation Caskets and Coffins, such containers are made of wood, corrugated fiberboard, or other composite and/or cloth materials.

Aqua Cremation (A.K.A. Alkaline Hydrolysis, Aquamation, Water Cremation)

Aqua Cremation, formally known as Alkaline Hydrolysis, may also be referred to as Aquamation, Dissolution, Hydromation, Water Cremation, Flameless Cremation, or Green Cremation, is a more environmentally-friendly & flameless alternative to traditional cremation because there are no direct emissions of harmful greenhouse gasses or mercury into the atmosphere. Compared to traditional flame cremation, Aqua Cremation is very energy efficient; offering an energy savings of up to 90%, with 1/10th of the carbon footprint. 


*No Shroud/Container/Casket/Coffin fees apply as they cannot be used during the Aqua Cremation process.

An additional $275.00 may be added for deceased who have had an autopsy or tissue donation. This charge DOES NOT include any formal viewing/visitation/service/ceremony, any costs associated with the care and/or aqua cremation of remains 300 lbs or greater, any permanent urn, or applicable sales tax, transportation or mileage costs ($3.95/mile > 25-mile radius). 

Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home

Includes our Basic Service Fee, Transfer of the Deceased to the funeral home (please add $100 if transportation is requested from a residence address OR after 9am-5pm), Embalming, Use of Our Facilities & Staff to prepare deceased for shipment within the continental U.S., & transfer to local Airport or other place of shipment within a 30-mile radius.

Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home

Includes our Basic Service Fee, Shelter of Deceased, Transfer of the Deceased from local Airport or other place of shipment (please add $100 if transportation is requested from a residence address OR is requested outside of the hours of 9am-5pm), & transfer to the Cemetery, Crematory, or Mausoleum within a 30-mile radius.

*An additional $175.00 may be added for deceased who have had an autopsy or tissue donation. This charge DOES NOT include any formal viewing/visitation/service/ceremony, any costs associated with the care and/or aqua cremation of remains 300 lbs or greater, any permanent urn, alternative container, casket, or shroud that is required by our Crematory, or applicable sales tax, transportation or mileage costs ($3.95/mile > 30-mile radius).

The foregoing services, referred to as our “Common Cremation Plans” & “Common Burial Plans” are helpful extensions of our Minimal Service Offerings. These plans were created to provide the utmost clarity, flexibility, and affordability by combining our Direct Cremation & Immediate Burial Minimal Service Offerings services with their most common service-based additions at-cost or at similarly discounted rates. 

Please, note: Our plans do not include any recommended Alternative Containers, Caskets, Coffins,Shrouds, or Urns used for Cremation, Burial, or Entombment, that may be required for the chosen method of final disposition as required by our Crematory, or your selected Cemetery, Memorial Park, or Mausoleum, as we know how sensitive & personal these selections can often be, & therefore believe it should be selected separately. Cremation Plans

A. Witnessed Direct Cremation (Not a Funeral Service/Ceremony; 30 minutes)

This plan includes Section I of our Direct Cremation Minimal Service Offering, with the added Use of our Facilities & Staff for a private or public witnessed cremation (unembalmed remains of the Deceased present, but not viewable) at our Crematory Facility in Kent, WA during regular business hours. This is NOT a formal funeral service, which means that there will be no additional coordination, no seating, no funeral escorts, & is subject to our Crematory’s schedule.

B. Expedited Direct Cremation (Upon Receipt of Cause of Death)

This plan includes Section I of our Direct Cremation Minimal Service Offering, with added, expedited services for an up to 4-day return of Cremated Remains upon receipt of completion/submittal of required paperwork for cremation in addition to the accurate completion/submittal of the Cause of Death by the certifying physician/medical examiner.

C. Direct Cremation & Private Moment with Loved One (Up to 10 people; 1-hour only)

This plan includes Section I of our Direct Cremation Minimal Service Offering, with added Minimal Preparation of Remains, placement of Deceased on a dressing table or cot, & Equipment & Staff for a Private Moment for up to 10 people for 1 hour at a partnering facility or other suitable facility/residence during regular business hours.

Terms of Payment: Payment is due in full prior to final disposition. We accept all forms of payment. Cash, Check, Money Order, and/or Trust or Insurance Assignments are our most common and preferred methods of payment. 

Our discounted "Minimal Service Offerings", "Common Cremation Plans", and "Common Burial Plans" are "cash discount" offerings that are provided only when using a preferred method of payment. Due to the burden of fees associated with accepting all other forms of payment for Small Businesses like ours, a nominal adjustment, equal to three to four percent of the contract balance, of any applicable "cash discount" offering provided will be applied, and will therefore effect the total balance due on your Statement of Funeral Goods & Services Selected.
